Blogging on.

I always say I am going to start blogging, I rarely actually do though. So, i am going to try to blog, although no one reads this which is a shame, cos im thrilling.if you are reading this and would like me to blog about a particular subject, please get in touch. Pete - what would YOU like me to blog about?

The Life Story of the Mohawk (Pete's mohawk, not the mohawk in general)

Once upon a time, there was a sweet little boy, with a more than striking resembelence to the milky bar kid. With his lovely shiney blonde hair, this boy could go far, maybe he could become the next milky bar kid.                                 As Pete began to grow older he realised that there was more to life than brushing and washing your hair, growing it was the way forward, animals could live in it then. Beautiful times. Despite the pleas of his desperate mother, Pete continued to grow and grow his hair, soon his sister was able to put it into plaits and he had to wear a hairband at all times to stop his fringe flopping in his face. One day, a brainwave struck - like lightening. "A mohawk" thought Pete. And thus, the hawk was born, tentatively at first so as not to scare the hair, superhawk could come later.                    And from that first little slicked back mohawk, Peter branched into his first spiked hairstyle, simple and relenting, this hawk could scare no one, not even a mole who are naturally fearful animals.Soon, Pete realised that he needed a hawk that could strike the dreaded fear into the hear of a gruffalo. Length and colour would help this    Pete experimented with colour like a 13 year experiments with wanking. The colours were impressive, but could they scare a bear? Probabaly notWhat could he do from here? If one single colour was not scary enough, perhaps more than one colour would be.. But, alas, this just made him look like a my little pony, not at all fearful The soft curly waves wouldnt scare anyone, the only way back from this was SPIKES. scary death SPIKESNot so bad, certainly scarier, but also hazardous, people cant talk about the night of SPIKES, it was bloody. So where next you cry, what will become of Petes hair, how will he scare a gruffalo? Will red scare a gruffalo? Can Pete spare his dignity and not be beaten by a bear? Only time will tell, but meanwhile, the gruffalo is waiting, he knows that the red will fade, and gruffalos do not fear BLINGER!!!!!!!!!!!!

What in the frig..

What in the frig has happened to this website, its gone MAD. sort it out.

Anyway, it has been an age since i posted anything here as me and little brother had some freedom of speech issues. However, I decided a dip back into the world of blogging was in order, it is just a shame that no one reads this.

I have decided to try to write on a regular basis, keep my thousands of eager fans up to date with my cake making. yes, i have been baking and i am going to try to do a cake recipe blog for you as well. (i know, its incredibly fascinating stuff, try to contain yourself). This weekend I hope to make cute iced cupcakes. i bet you cant wait can you.

It would seem that little brother has abandoned you all for search of drink, mohawks and grotty clubs. maybe he should blog about his nights out. people seem to wear interesting outfits where he goes. gone are the days that i could get away with dressing that way and having hair that colour. i do miss being pierced though to the point where i am considering new piercings, a surface piercing perhaps, although what i really want is my lip pierced, but unfortunatly, lip piercings are frowned upon in the judgy world of reception/administration. ho hum.

Well, this is it for now, do follow me on twitter (dirtyfan_mail) and encourage little brother to blog, encourage me to blog, blog yourselves, everybody needs a little love.

Things I like

I was wondering today if my likes and dislikes have changed over the years and will they change over the coming years (until i fall inevitably into awful old age)

So, today I like: cups of tea, strepsils, my iphone, colouring in, cats, Neil, writing, quietness in the office, fridays. Yesterday I liked chinese food and lego. Today, I dont so much like lego, mainly because I tried to build lego whilst I felt poorly and we didnt hit if off. Obviously likes and dislikes can change on a regular basis, for a couple of days you could love the sun and warmth, but too many days of it and its likely you will start to hate the sun and wish for rain. What you like and dont like can depend on your mood. Some of my likes are ever changing, but I have some constants, such as tea, I've always loved tea. As far as Neil and the cats go, well in the words of Dolly Parton "I will always love you".

When I was younger (so much younger than today) I loved roast dinners, a good old roast with meat and potatoes and gravy, lovely, (no veg though, I only liked sweetcorn, hated all other veg), nowadays I despise roast dinners, i'll only really eat a chicken roast dinner and very rarely because I dont want it more than that. But, why? Roast dinners havent changed, they are still the same old classic English insititution, so surely I should still like them? The same with veg, god I hated veg, but now I like most types of veg (some are still gross and are never coming near my mouth), veg hasnt changed, parsnips and cauliflower still is the same as it ever was. Its me thats changed, but why should changing dictate what it is you like and dislike, I love tea now, am I destined to one day hate drinking tea? (perish the thought!).

There was no real point to this blog, but please share with me your likes and dislikes, what do you like now that you didnt (and indeed what you dislike that you used to like?)
